SSDI’s laser turning process is the solution to low cost multi-durometer catheter constructions.

Utilizing our custom designed turning technology, SSDI’s process will provide a myriad of benefits for our customers considering the current price sensitive needs of the medical device market.

  • OD tolerances down to 0.0002”
  • Ablation lengths of 0.050” to over 12”
  • Diameters range from 0.001” to 0.250”
