Laser Drilling

Laser Drilling

SSDI’s laser drilling technology provides a clean, burr-free hole which eliminates the risk of large particulates being left behind.

Incorporating our automated multi-axis positioning system, we routinely cut diamond patterns, slots, ovals, and holes leaving the braid intact.

  • Hole sizes ranging from 0.001” to 0.090”
  • Extremely tight tolerances up to   +/- 0.0005”
