Bluepoint LED

The Honle Bluepoint LED Eco curing system was developed for automated UV adhesive bonding processes requiring high intensity UV curing equipment. It possesses the same features as the Honle Bluepoint LED with a much smaller power control unit, (65 x 160 x 130 mm). This reduces space consumption in automated assembly lines.

Producing up to 20,000 mW/cm2of intensity, the Bluepoint LED Eco offers wavelength options that include 365, 385, and 405nm. UV bonding can be optimized with focusing lenses that adjust light footprint and intensity to create application-specific curing processes.

The Bluepoint LED Eco will allow up to four operators the ability to work independently of each other.
